November 1, 2023 – McClelland Law Firm is investigating claims against two Ohio casinos -- Jack Casino in Cleveland, and Hard Rock Casino in Cincinnati -- for failing to pay tipped employees properly under federal and state wage laws.

Specifically, these casinos may be violating employees' rights by failing to pay them all wages owed, failing to notify them about important information relating to their compensation, or misallocating tips from their mandatory tip pools.
